RUSSIAN SPEAKING CLINICAL CASE MANAGER

The Ark is seeking a dedicated and experienced Russian speaking Clinical Case Manager with a deep understanding of Russian culture and traditions. Working with a diverse population in our Northwest location, this individual will have exceptional assessment and communication skills, the ability to identify specific needs and to provide intervention as needed. In addition to having a collaborative style, the candidate must provide detailed documentation in Ark’s CMR (Salesforce). This is a full-time position and will report to the Director of the Northwest Office. The chosen candidate will have growth opportunity within the role and will also contribute input to consistently improve, refresh, and grow the Northwest environment. In addition, the ideal candidate will regularly identify sources for outreach purposes and be comfortable with making presentations to educate individuals and groups on what the Ark offers.

Responsibilities
• Provide case management to broad spectrum of Russian speaking individuals seeking short- or long-term assistance
• Conduct an initial assessment skill of clients’ situations to determine needs and goals. Coordinate wrap-around services to support client needs
• Research and advocate for appropriate public assistance resources as needed
• Maintain portfolio of clients and ensure ongoing outreach to support client needs
• Ensure case files and other records comply with policies and all data is entered in timely manner
• Aptitude for detail, organization, and prioritization meeting deadlines
• Leverage internal relationships and external resources to address client issues

Requirements
• Collaborative style
• Experienced in crisis intervention as needed
• Experience using Salesforce preferred
• Knowledge of external resources for variety of situations
• Attend all department and all staff meetings

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or MSW preferred
• Minimum of 2 years working in a social service sector
• Strong clinical assessment and resolution skill
• Sensitive and respectful approach with all clients and staff
• Knowledge of Jewish customs and traditions
